Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries frozen
- 2 bananas cut into 1-inch chunks
- 5 oz. yogurt plain or vanilla flavored*
- ¼ - ½ cup milk almond, cashew, soy, or oat
- 2 Tbsp. honey or agave nectar, optional
Instructions
- Add all strawberry banana smoothie ingredients to a high-speed blender.
- Blend ingredients for 1-2 minutes or until completely smooth. Add additional milk as needed until your desired consistency is reached.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
