Ingredients

  • 1 cup Stonyfield Low-Fat Plain Yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup ice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Layer in the order of the ingredients listed above. Blend on smoothie setting for 45 seconds. Divide evenly among glasses and enjoy immediately!

Notes

  • I promise the spinach doesn't change the taste! This is a great way to get some extra greens in kiddos.
