Ingredients

  • 8 ounces (227 grams) cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup (60 grams) powdered sugar sifted
  • 1 1/2 cups (330 grams) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup (70 grams) strawberry jam
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • Zest from 1/2 lemon
For topping:
  • strawberry jam

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and no lumps remain.
  2. Beat in the yogurt, followed by the strawberry jam, vanilla bean paste, and lemon zest.
  3. Adjust flavors to taste. Transfer to a serving dish and lightly swirl in an additional spoonful of strawberry jam.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for up to three days.
