Strawberry Chia Pudding

This easy strawberry chia pudding is naturally sweetened, made with just 6 ingredients and comes together in less than 10 minutes. It's the perfect healthy breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt
  • 16 oz fresh strawberries plus more for topping
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup or sweetener of choice
  • 6 Tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Add strawberries and milk into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Stir together strawberry milk, yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup and vanilla in a mason jar or bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes then stir the mixture again to get out any clumps that may have formed. Place mixture in the fridge to set, overnight
  3. When ready to enjoy top with a few fresh strawberries
