Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk or milk of choice
- ½ cup plain greek yogurt
- 16 oz fresh strawberries plus more for topping
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup or sweetener of choice
- 6 Tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Add strawberries and milk into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Stir together strawberry milk, yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup and vanilla in a mason jar or bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes then stir the mixture again to get out any clumps that may have formed. Place mixture in the fridge to set, overnight
- When ready to enjoy top with a few fresh strawberries
