Instructions
- In the bottom of a blender, add the orange juice, banana, fresh ginger, and strawberries. Blend until smooth.
Notes
- Peeling ginger is optional; peeling removes fibrous skin but is not necessary.
- This recipe makes about four cups, enough for two 16-ounce servings.
- Store leftover smoothie in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to two days.
