Strawberry Daiquiri

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons superfine sugar more to taste
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • 4 ounces white rum
  • 1 ½ cups ice or as needed
  • lime slices and additional strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Garnish with lime slices and strawberries. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • If you don't have fine sugar, add granulated sugar to the blender before adding the other ingredients. Pulse the dry sugar a few times, this will help it blend easier.
