Ingredients
- 1 pkg Cook and Serve Vanilla Pudding Mix 4.6 ounces
- 1 pkg strawberry jello mix 6 ounces
- 3 cups water
- 16 ounces whipped topping thawed
- 10 ounces mini marshmallows
- 2 cups fresh strawberries diced
Instructions
- Whisk together the pudding mix, jello mix and water in a medium saucepan.
- Heat over medium high heat and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Once the mixture is boiling, remove from heat and place in a large heat resistant mixing bowl.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until the mixture has thickened (at least 4 hours or overnight).
- Remove the bowl from the refrigerator and beat with an electric mixer until creamy.
- Then gently stir in the whipped topping, marshmallows and fresh strawberries until combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve cold and enjoy!

- This salad is best served the day before serving it. Leftovers can be refrigerated in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
