Strawberry Gin Fizz

Strawberry Gin Fizz is a delicious way to enjoy your fresh summer strawberries in a cocktail. Gin and St. Germain combine with the strawberry flavor for the perfect summer refresher!

Ingredients

  • handful of strawberries
  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz St. Germain
  • club soda
  • Mint for garnish

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. place strawberries in a shaker and muddle them (or mash is a spoon)
  2. add gin and St. Germain to the shaker and place the lid on
  3. shake a few times
  4. pour into an ice filled glass (your can strain or not strain the strawberries, it's up to you)
  5. top off the glass with club soda
  6. enjoy
