- 1/2 lime cut into wedges
- 6 strawberries hulled
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar to taste
- 6 ounces gin
- ice
- 1/4 cup Club soda or tonic water
Instructions
- Add the juice of two wedges of lime to two glasses along with a tbsp of sugar. Muddle the strawberries with the back of a spoon in the glasses until the sugar is mostly dissolved.
- Add ice, three ounces of gin to each glass, and fill the glass to the top with club soda.
- Enjoy!

Notes
- Muddle 1/4 cup granulated sugar, 1/4 cup lime juice, and 1/2 lb of strawberries in a pitcher that holds at least 8 cups.
- Stir in 2 cups of gin then fill to the top with club soda. Pour into ice-filled glasses and garnish with a strawberry.
