Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie

If you love smoothies, you're going to love this. Fresh strawberries and kiwi blend together in this delicious smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe kiwi peeled
  • 1 cup packed fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cup canned pears in juice do not drain
  • 1 cup frozen whole strawberries
  • ½ cup unsweetened nut milk
  • Optional add-ins: chia seeds, hemp seeds, protein powder, ground flax, collagen, Greek yogurt, lots of other options

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in the carafe of your blender. Pulse a few times to break up the large pieces.
  2. Slowly ramp the blender up to high and blend until the smoothie reaches your desired consistency. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • If you want to make your smoothie with fresh strawberries, just throw a few ice cubes into the blender along with your fruit!
  • If you're using a high-power blender, you can skip the pulse step and blend on high from the start.
