Ingredients

  • 2 kiwi peeled, ripe
  • 1 cup baby spinach packed fresh
  • 1 cup pears do not drain, canned in juice
  • 1 cup strawberries frozen, whole
  • ½ cup nut milk unsweetened
  • chia seeds optional add-ins, lots of other options
  • hemp seeds
  • protein powder
  • ground flax
  • collagen
  • Greek yogurt

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all ingredients in the carafe of your blender. Pulse a few times to break up the large pieces.
  2. Slowly ramp the blender up to high and blend until the smoothie reaches your desired consistency. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • To maintain a chilled texture when using fresh strawberries, add ice cubes to the blender before blending.
  • High-power blenders can blend the mixture on high from the start without pulsing.
