Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie

Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie blends ripe kiwi, baby spinach, canned pears in juice, frozen strawberries, and unsweetened nut milk for a fresh, fruit-forward beverage. Optional add-ins like chia seeds, hemp seeds, protein powder, flax, collagen, or Greek yogurt can boost nutrition. Blended until smooth, it offers a refreshing and nutrient-rich smoothie with balanced sweetness and green freshness.

Description

The Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie combines peeled ripe kiwi and frozen strawberries with baby spinach and canned pears packed in juice, creating a mixture of tartness, natural sweetness, and mild earthiness from the greens. The unsweetened nut milk adds creaminess without additional sugar, maintaining a light texture.

Blending all ingredients together produces a smooth beverage that balances fruit brightness with the subtle vegetal notes of spinach. The frozen strawberries add chill and thickness, especially helpful when fresh strawberries are unavailable.

Optional nutritional boosts such as chia seeds, hemp seeds, protein powder, ground flax, collagen, or Greek yogurt can be included according to dietary preferences, adding texture, protein, or healthy fats. The smoothie is best served immediately for freshness and optimal flavor.

If using fresh strawberries instead of frozen, adding ice cubes helps achieve a chilled consistency. For high-powered blenders, the initial pulsing step to break down large pieces can be skipped for faster blending.
