Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie Recipe

Here's a delicious strawberry kiwi smoothie that will help keep you hydrated on a hot day. It's a kid-friendly smoothie that's beautifully pink and packed with nutrition and vitamin C. It makes a quick and easy breakfast or snack and it's ready in just 5 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 2 kiwi fruits peeled
  • 1 medium banana
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • ¼ cup yogurt
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add the kiwi, banana, strawberries, yogurt, and water to your blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth. Taste and add the honey if you'd like a sweeter smoothie.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve right away.

Notes

  • Make sure at least one ingredient is frozen. If you have all fresh ingredients, add a handful of ice and omit the water. If you have more than one frozen ingredient, you may want to add more water so it's not too thick.
