Strawberry Lemonade Bellini

This is a fun twist to your traditional peach bellini, made into a boozy-type slushy using only 4 ingredients with 5 min prep!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup lemonade
  • 1 750-mL bottle Prosecco or other sparkling wine, chilled
  • 4 strawberries halved

Instructions

  1. Combine strawberries and lemonade in blender until smooth.
  2. Pour strawberry mixture into champagne flutes until half full. Fill glasses with Prosecco.
  3. Serve immediately, garnished with strawberry halves, if desired.
