Strawberry Milk Muesli

Strawberry Milk Muesli is a spring version of healthy oatmeal, with fresh berries and whole grains. It's so pretty and packed with protein.

Ingredients

  • 1 cups whole milk or alternative milk of your choice
  • 1 cups roughly chopped strawberries
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp granulated sugar optional
  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 2-3 Tbsp sliced almonds lightly toasted
  • 4 medium fresh strawberries sliced

Instructions

  1. Add the milk, strawberries, vanilla, and sugar to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Divide the oats into two bowls (1/2 cup in each), and pour about 1 cup of the strawberry milk over them.
  3. Allow to sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour or up to overnight, until the museli has thickened and absorbed most of the liquid.
  4. Stir together and top with a little extra strawberry milk, toasted almonds, and sliced fresh strawberries.
