Strawberry Mimosa Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 2 cups chopped strawberries green tops removed
- 1 1 cup orange juice
- ¼ ¼ cup honey see notes
- 1 1 bottle sparkling wine
Instructions
- Place the strawberries, orange juice, and (if using) honey into your blender and blend on high until smooth.
- Strain the strawberry juice through a fine-mesh sieve.
- Pour about ¼ cup of the strawberry juice between champagne flutes then carefully top with sparkling wine. It will bubble up a lot so go slow!

Notes
- If you know that you like sweeter drinks, add honey. If you prefer a drier cocktail, leave it out.
- This recipe makes 2 cups of strawberry juice which is enough to make 8 mimosas.
- Depending on the size of your flute glasses you may need more than one bottle of sparkling wine.
- If you'd like to sugar the rim of your flute glass, dip it in water and then in sugar.
