Strawberry Mimosa Recipe

Make brunch more beautiful with a refreshing strawberry mimosa. With fresh strawberry orange juice, honey, and sparkling wine, this cocktail is perfect for any occasion, and it's ready in 10 minutes!

  • 2 2 cups chopped strawberries green tops removed
  • 1 1 cup orange juice
  • ¼ ¼ cup honey see notes
  • 1 1 bottle sparkling wine

Instructions

  1. Place the strawberries, orange juice, and (if using) honey into your blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Strain the strawberry juice through a fine-mesh sieve.
  3. Pour about ¼ cup of the strawberry juice between champagne flutes then carefully top with sparkling wine. It will bubble up a lot so go slow!

Notes

  • If you know that you like sweeter drinks, add honey. If you prefer a drier cocktail, leave it out. 
  • This recipe makes 2 cups of strawberry juice which is enough to make 8 mimosas. 
  • Depending on the size of your flute glasses you may need more than one bottle of sparkling wine.
  • If you'd like to sugar the rim of your flute glass, dip it in water and then in sugar.
