Strawberry Mojito Popsicles

These simple Strawberry Mojito Popsicles are sweet, fruity, and refreshing. Add some rum for a boozy treat. Perfect for summer!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups strawberries fresh, ripe, quartered
  • 1 lime juice and zest
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp agave nectar you may have to add more or less, depending on the sweetness of the strawberries you're using
  • 2 oz rum optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add the strawberries, lime juice, lime zest, and mint leaves to a food processor and process until smooth.
  2. Pour fruit mixture into popsicle molds. Freeze. Serve when frozen solid.
