Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups orange juice
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries 4.5 oz / 125g (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  1. Measure the ingredients into your blender.
  2. Blend the strawberries and OJ into a consistency of your liking.
  3. Enjoy immediately!

Notes

  • I strongly suggest using frozen strawberries so you have a thicker smoothie, but you can use fresh fruit if that is what you have available.
