Strawberry Overnight Oats
Strawberry Overnight Oats combine chia seeds, old fashioned oats, almond milk, and vanilla extract soaked overnight to create a creamy, slightly textured breakfast. Freeze-dried or fresh strawberries add a bright fruit flavor and a bit of chew to the mix. Preparing in individual jars makes this a convenient and portable option that can be customized with extra milk before serving.
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup freeze dried strawberries or fresh
Instructions
- In two half- pint mason jars, divide the chia seeds in half and add them to the bottom of the each mason jar.
