- 1 pound strawberries, quartered (4 cups)
- 8 ounces diced pineapple (2 cups)
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (4-5 lemons)
- ¾ cup honey, agave or other sweetener of your choice
- 6 cups cold water
- Optional garnish: mint leaves
Instructions
- Place the strawberries, pineapple, lemon juice, and honey in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a large pitcher and add the water. Stir to combine. Taste and add more water if desired.
- Serve lemonade in glasses over ice. Garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
