Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Fresh strawberry slices for garnish optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add the frozen strawberries, frozen pineapple chunks, coconut water, Greek yogurt, lime juice, and honey to a blender.
  2. Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes. If your smoothie turns out too thick, simply add a little more coconut water and blend again until you reach the desired consistency.
  3. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if needed.
  4. Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with fresh strawberry slices, if desired.
  5. Serve the smoothie immediately.

Notes

  • Using frozen strawberries and pineapple helps with the cold texture without needing ice, which can water down the flavor.
