Ingredients

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 can coconut cream 14 oz
  • 2.5 cups strawberries 300g, chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Chop strawberries into chunks. Set some aside.
  2. Add strawberries, honey and the entire can of coconut cream.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Add the flatter pieces to the sides of the mold. Pour in the mixture. 
  5. Add popsicle sticks. Transfer to the freezer for about 4 hours or until frozen.

Notes

  • Store popsicles individually wrapped or in airtight containers to maintain quality.
  • Wax paper layers prevent popsicles from sticking when stacked in the freezer.
  • Try incorporating other fruits such as peaches or nectarines to expand flavor profiles.
