Strawberry Protein Shake
This strawberry protein shake is creamy, easy to whip up and tastes like a milkshake, but is made with simple, natural ingredients and has over 20 grams of protein. Vegan + dairy-free.
Ingredients
- 1 coop (25 grams) protein powder I used Nuzest, vanilla
- 1 cup strawberry frozen
- ¾ cup almond milk or any non-dairy milk, unsweetened
- 1 Tablespoon cashew butter or almond butter
- ½ Tablespoon chia seeds optional, or flaxseed
- ice if needed
- strawberry for topping, optional, fresh
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust ice or ingredients if needed. Add toppings (if using) and enjoy!
