Strawberry Salsa

This fresh strawberry salsa recipe is loaded with juicy strawberries, cucumber, and lime juice. It's a great addition to your summer table!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound strawberries chopped
  • 2 mini cucumbers (or 1/2 English cucumber) chopped
  • 3 tablespoons red onion chopped
  • 1 small Jalapeno pepper chopped (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Chop the fresh ingredients and add them to a salad bowl.
  2. Add the lime juice, olive oil, and salt & pepper. Adjust ingredients to taste as needed (e.g. add more lime juice or oil).
  3. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • The salsa will last covered in the fridge for up to a few days, but I do prefer it fresh.
