Strawberry Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries diced
  • 1 cup Jicama peeled and diced
  • 1 shallot minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice White Vinegar would be an ok substitute
  • salt to taste
