Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper coarse ground
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 pound penne pasta
  • 4 cups baby spinach
  • 3 cups strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 cup almonds sliced
  • 4 tablespoons balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta one minute shy of the package directions.
  2. Whisk together the salt, pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice in a large bowl then add in the pasta and combine.
