Strawberry Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- ½ tsp dried basil
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry the strawberries. Cut them into quarters and place them in a jar.
- Add the balsamic vinegar, dried basil, olive oil and salt.
- Using an immersion blender, blend the ingredients until smooth and well combined. Alternatively, you can use a food processor or a blender.
- Transfer to a jar and refrigerate for up to 5 days. Shake well before using.

Notes
- If you prefer a sweeter vinaigrette, add a small amount of honey or maple syrup. Taste and adjust as needed.
- If the vinaigrette is too tangy, add a pinch of sugar or a splash more olive oil to balance the acidity.
