Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups fresh strawberries hulled and chopped
  • 2 cups PLAIN yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a blender, purée the strawberries until smooth.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the plain yogurt, puréed strawberries, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Serve the strawberry yogurt fresh or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
