Stuffed Peppers Recipe

These stuffed peppers combine ground beef, rice, and a tomato-based sauce filled with savory seasonings. The filling is mixed with broth and baked inside halved bell peppers until tender. The result is a hearty and comforting dish with a balanced blend of textures from the soft rice and meat to the tender pepper shells. The optional Parmesan cheese topping adds a subtle sharpness and enhances the overall flavor. This method involves slow baking wrapped in foil, helping to keep the filling moist.
