  • 6 pork chops 3/4 inch thick, boneless
  • 1 box (6 ounces) pork stuffing mix or chicken stuffing mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon each salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon each black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 can (10.75 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 cup milk

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Make stuffing according to package directions. Set aside.
  2. Season the pork chops with salt, pepper and onion powder.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the pork chops on both sides. (This only takes a couple minutes. They will thoroughly cook in the oven)
