Succulent Papaya Juice

Ingredients

  • ½ papaya
  • ½ cup evaporated milk
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 3 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • a pinch of salt
  • crushed ice

Instructions

  1. All ingredients ready? Let's begin!
  2. Peel the papaya entirely, cut it in half, remove the seeds, and cube it into pieces. Add half of the papaya pieces to the blender.
  3. Add the condensed milk, lime juice, vanilla extract, pinch of salt, crushed ice, and water. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve with ice cubes and papaya pieces to garnish.
