- ¼ cup sugar-free apricot jam
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- juice of ½ lime
- 2 teaspoons shallot minced
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
