Sugar Free Banana Muffins
These Sugar Free Banana Muffins are baked treats combining ripe bananas, peanut butter, and oats for a moist texture without added sugar. They include optional golden monk fruit sweetener and sugar-free chocolate chips for subtle sweetness and chocolatey bits. Made in a blender for ease, the batter results in tender muffins with a balance of nutty and fruity flavors, complemented by cinnamon if used. They make a practical snack or breakfast option where sugar content is minimized but taste and texture remain satisfying.
