Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sugar-Free Nutella see my recipe
  • ⅔ cup  almond flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 8 ounces unsalted butter melted
  • ½ cup Lily's chocolate chips or other sugar-free chips
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ⅓ cup Swerve confectioners or powdered erythritol
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Add the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt to a bowl and whisk to combine, then set aside. In a separate bowl, add in the eggs and Swerve.  Beat using a hand mixer for 2 minutes.
  2. Mix in the nutella, butter and vanilla.  Add in the dry ingredients and chocolate chips and mix using a spatula.
  3. Pour into a 9" x 9" baking dish lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes, then allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before cutting into them.
  4. I like to add a dusting of Swerve confectioners over the top for a little added sweetness, but you can omit if you'd like.

Notes

  • If you prefer them more on the fudgy side, bake them closer to 20 minutes.  If you like a more cakey brownie, bake a little longer.
