Sugar Free Pumpkin Spice Creamer
This Sugar Free Pumpkin Spice Creamer blends heavy cream, whole milk, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice simmered with cinnamon sticks for a fragrant fall-flavored coffee addition. Sweetened with a zero-calorie sweetener, it offers the autumn spice taste without added sugar.
Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk whole
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 4 sweetener packets, brand Whole Earth Sweetener Co. Nature Sweet, 0 calorie
Instructions
- In a small saucepan mix heavy cream, milk, Nature Sweet, Pumpkin pie spice, and pumpkin puree together. Add cinnamon sticks and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove cinnamon sticks.
- Pour through a sieve (optional) to remove thick pumpkin puree.
- Cool and store in a glass container. Keep in the refrigerator.
Notes
- To use granulated sugar instead of sweetener, add about 2 tablespoons and adjust to taste.
