Sugar Free Pumpkin Spice Creamer

This Sugar Free Pumpkin Spice Creamer blends heavy cream, whole milk, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice simmered with cinnamon sticks for a fragrant fall-flavored coffee addition. Sweetened with a zero-calorie sweetener, it offers the autumn spice taste without added sugar.

Description

The creamer combines heavy cream and whole milk as a base to achieve a rich and creamy texture. Pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice bring the characteristic warm and spicy autumn flavor, while cinnamon sticks simmer with the mixture to enhance the aroma. The mixture is gently heated to infuse these flavors fully.

The sweetener used is a calorie-free brand powder, imparting sweetness without sugar. After simmering, the cinnamon sticks can be removed, and the creamer strained if a smoother texture is preferred. It is then cooled and stored in the refrigerator for convenient use.

Ideal for mixing into coffee or other beverages, this creamer provides seasonal flavor suited for those avoiding added sugars. Adjusting sweetener amounts or substituting sugar is possible by adding about two tablespoons sugar instead.
