Summer Berry Smoothie
When berries are in season, we stock up and eat them every way possible. Besides just eating them by the handful, this Summer Berry Smoothie is my favorite way to enjoy the sweet berry flavors.

Ingredients
- ½ cup blackberries
- ½ cup raspberries
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- ½ cup tofu
- 1 cup orange juice
- sweetener if needed
- ice
Instructions
- Combine everything (except ice) in a heavy duty blender and process until smooth. Add ice a couple pieces at a time until desired thickness is reached.
- Note: If you need to thin out the smoothie a bit add a splash of OJ and process again.
