Ingredients
Salad:
- 2 cups blueberries
- 1 cup raspberry
- 2 cups red grape
- 2 cups grapes or black grapes, blue variety
- 3 cups strawberries halved
- 3 kiwi sliced
- 2 Mango diced
- 3 cups pineapple cut into chunks
Dressing:
- lime zest of 1
- lime juice of 1
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- GARNISH:
- mint leaves
