Summer Fruit Salad with Honey Lime Poppy Seed Dressing
This summer fruit salad blends a variety of fresh fruits including strawberries, peaches, raspberries, blueberries, cherries, grapes, and banana, all tossed in a simple honey lime dressing with poppy seeds. The dressing adds a sweet and tangy layer with a slight crunch from the poppy seeds, enhancing the natural flavors and textures of the fruit.
Ingredients
Salad
- 1 lb. strawberry washed, hulled & quartered, fresh
- 2 peach sliced, fresh
- 12 ounces raspberry
- 12 ounces blueberries
- 1 cup Cherry pitted and halved
- 1 cup grapes halved
- 1 banana sliced
Dressing
- 3-4 Tablespoons honey
- 2 Tablespoons lime juice fresh
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
Instructions
- Rinse all fruit and prepare by slicing, quartering, halving, etc. Add to a large bowl.
- In a small separate bowl, combine the honey, lime juice and poppy seeds and whisk together. Drizzle over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
- Serve immediately.
