Super Easy Pork Burger Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup onion diced
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns or slices of loaf bread

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
  2. Refrigerate for about an hour.
  3. Scoop the mixture and then form into patties.
  4. Grill each side for 5 minutes.
  5. Place the patty between the bread slices.
  6. Serve with apple coleslaw. Share and enjoy
