Ingredients

  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup peaches or nectarines
  • 1 large banana peeled
  • ¼ cup walnuts
  • 1 cup light coconut milk
  • 1 large handful spinach
  • water as needed
  • ice as needed

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all ingredients to your blender. If using frozen fruit, add enough water to blend easily. If using fresh fruit, add enough water to blend along with some ice to make the smoothie cold.
  2. Cover and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses and garnish with additional berries or pomegranate seeds.
