Superfood Green Smoothie

The BEST green smoothie recipe is creamy, delicious and packed with superfoods! It's healthy, vegan and includes flaxseed, spinach, avocado & bananas. It's so easy to make, you can whip one up every morning for breakfast, just like I do!

Ingredients

  • ½ avocado peeled & pitted
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup spinach
  • ½ cup Ice cubes
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp vegan protein powder clink link for the one I recommend
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseed
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add the avocado, banana, spinach, ice cubes and almond milk to a blender.
  2. Add the protein powder, flax seed, honey and ground cinnamon.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Notes

  • Vegan: to make this recipe vegan, substitute agave nectar, coconut nectar or maple syrup for the honey.
