Ingredients

For the Salad:
  • 3 cups kale sweet salad mix
  • 4 ounces King salmon cooked
  • ⅓ cup quinoa
  • ¼ cup blueberries fresh
  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons Pepitas
For the Poppy Seed Dressing:
  • ¼ cup almond milk regular almond breeze almond milk cashew milk
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise light
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the salad ingredients in a bowl.
