Superfood Trail Mix
This Superfood Trail Mix combines dried goji berries, mulberries, cranberries or cherries, raw or roasted cashews, toasted sliced almonds, and chopped dark chocolate for a sweet, nutty, and slightly tart snack. The mixture offers a chewy, crunchy texture contrast and a mix of antioxidant-rich fruits with nuts and chocolate for occasional indulgence. Ingredients
- ½ cup Goji berries
- ½ cup Mulberries
- ¼ cup dried cranberries or dried cherries
- ⅓ cup cashews raw or roasted & unsalted
- ⅓ cup almonds toasted, sliced
- 2-3 dark chocolate chopped into small pieces, sections
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a small bowl.
- Stir to combine.
- Store in an air-tight container for up to 7-10 days at room temperature, a month in the fridge and 3 months in the freezer.
