Ingredients

  • 2 cups sushi rice cooked
  • 1 cup salmon cut up into cubes, fillet
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise spicy
  • 1 cup edamame
  • 1 Mango sliced
  • 1 cup cucumber cut into sticks
  • 1/4 cup pickled ginger
  • 2 avocado sliced
  • 2 nori seaweed sheets cut up
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise spicy
  • 1 Tablespoon sesame seeds mixed types

Notes

  • Make a large batch of Sushi Rice and keep it in the fridge. 
  • Have the Spicy Mayo ready as well, or use store bought (I recommend homemade :)
  • Use your favorite salmon, tuna crab, shrimp or vegetarian. 
  • Always use sushi grade fish.
  • Slice and have your ingredients ready.
  • You can assemble the bowl and have it ready one day in advance.
