Ingredients
- 2 cups sushi rice cooked
- 1 cup salmon cut up into cubes, fillet
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise spicy
- 1 cup edamame
- 1 Mango sliced
- 1 cup cucumber cut into sticks
- 1/4 cup pickled ginger
- 2 avocado sliced
- 2 nori seaweed sheets cut up
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise spicy
- 1 Tablespoon sesame seeds mixed types
Notes
- Make a large batch of Sushi Rice and keep it in the fridge.
- Have the Spicy Mayo ready as well, or use store bought (I recommend homemade :)
- Use your favorite salmon, tuna crab, shrimp or vegetarian.
- Always use sushi grade fish.
- Slice and have your ingredients ready.
