Ingredients

  • 375 gms sushi rice 1 ½ cups
  • 415 ml water 1 ¾ cups
Sushi Seasoning
  • 60 ml rice vinegar ½ cup
  • 30 ml sugar 1/8 cup
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tbsp dashi concentrated or powdered fish stock

Notes

  • You can substitute all the ingredients marked with a * with ready made Sushi Seasoning (the brand I used called for 3 tbsp per 1 cup of cooked rice, so 15 tbsp in total for the above recipe).
