Ingredients

Dry Ingredients
  • 3 Cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 Cups dry fruits chopped (cranberries, prunes, dates, etc)
  • 1/4 Cup nuts chopped (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, etc)
  • 1/4 Cups pretzels crushed
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/2 Cup + 1 Tablespoon of Honey
  • 1/2 Cup + 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
  • 1/2 Teaspoon  pure vanilla extract

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a bowl, mix all the dried ingredients together until thoroughly combined
  2. In a small saucepan, pour the honey, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir over medium-low heat until the mixture heats up and becomes liquid
  3. Pour the peanut butter mixture on top of the oat mixture and stir well to combine. Make sure entire granola is coated with the liquid
  4. Place granola on an 8x8" square pan lined with parchment paper. Press well with a spoon to make sure mixture is compact and even
  5. Refrigerate for one hour
  6. Cut into bars
  7. Keep in an airtight container separated with sheets of parchment paper
