Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 3 Cups rolled oats
- 1/4 Cups dry fruits chopped (cranberries, prunes, dates, etc)
- 1/4 Cup nuts chopped (almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, etc)
- 1/4 Cups pretzels crushed
Wet Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup + 1 Tablespoon of Honey
- 1/2 Cup + 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
- 1/2 Teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Add to Shopping List
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix all the dried ingredients together until thoroughly combined
- In a small saucepan, pour the honey, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir over medium-low heat until the mixture heats up and becomes liquid
- Pour the peanut butter mixture on top of the oat mixture and stir well to combine. Make sure entire granola is coated with the liquid
- Place granola on an 8x8" square pan lined with parchment paper. Press well with a spoon to make sure mixture is compact and even
- Refrigerate for one hour
- Cut into bars
- Keep in an airtight container separated with sheets of parchment paper
