Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 lb (500g) Brussels sprouts cut into halves
- 4 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Heat a skillet and add oil. Sauté the garlic until aromatic, then add the brussels sprouts and continue to sauté until they are slightly caramelized.
- Add the Thai sweet chili sauce, water, lime juice, and salt. Continue to cook the brussels sprouts until they are nicely caramelized. Serve immediately.
